After another busy week in development, here's what you can expect from this week's BerserkerMail release:

Features

• Remove all contacts from a Campaign
  • You can remove all contacts from a Campaign through the Actions popup and by clicking on “Remove All Contacts”
  • This will now save you from  manually modifying a campaign, creating, and applying a stop tag to all contacts to have it removed
• Create a Saved Search directly from the Contacts screen with a filter
  • There’s a new button inside the filter sidebar in the Contacts screen allowing you to create a new Saved Search from current filter parameters, making it easier to create saved searches on-the-fly

Enhancements

• Inactive campaigns are now fully editable, just like Draft campaigns
• Campaign Settings
  • On creating a Campaign, you can select the default "footer" and the default "send from" for all emails in the campaign, as well as configure if the campaign allows re-entering by opening Campaign Settings through the Actions popup (…)
  • It’s also possible to access it inside the Campaign Builder by clicking on the three dots (…) action menu on the top bar
• A cancelled email is now labelled as  “Broadcast Cancelled” on the ‘All Emails’ screen when the view mode is displayed as a list.

Fixes

• Fixed inconsistencies with the number of rows shown on the bottom of a list inside contacts 
• Fixed an issue where it was possible to customize a note by having a tag with custom markup created, and a note created.
• Fixed an issue where the campaign “Save Draft” button, on the top bar of the campaign, would flick while an email was being written due to the campaign auto-saving.

Here's what you can expect from this week's release:

Enhancements

• You're now able to choose a "Send From" for each email step in the Campaign Builder, allowing different emails in the Campaign to be sent from multiple addresses
• Tags on the Contact's Notes that contain an action with a tag will now display in bold, making it easier to find relevant information
• When a user is importing contacts, now if none of the contacts are valid, a popup appears allowing the user to directly import another CSV, or return to the Contacts screen
  • Previously the user would be taken to a page showing that zero contacts are eligible for importing

Fixes

• Fixed an issue where an email would be reported as "Failed to Send" due to a validation error when it was actually sent on the Broadcast screen
• Fixed an issue on Archives where if the email had an emoji in the title on a certain position in the text, the archives would break not showing any emails
• Fixed an issue where "Manage Labels" would show on the Labels popup when there were no labels
• Fixed an issue where the date for the "Click" event on an email report would appear empty
• Fixed unlinking issues
• Fixed issues regarding the Public Archive

Here's what we've been cooking up for you in this week's release:

Enhancements

• "Admin Unsubscribed" contacts can now be resubscribed to your list!
  •  There's a new option on the actions and batch actions of contacts called "Resubscribe" that resubscribes previously "Admin Unsubscribed" contacts.
• Properly casing ante meridiem and post meridiem abbreviations from upper case to lower case when displaying the time on the campaign delay form, so it falls in line with the general BerserkerMail design.
• The Custom Copy feature now intelligently understands the text that's being copied and properly formats punctuation
  • Previously a Custom Field in the Custom Copy could cause floating commas, now the Custom Copy understands that the texts between two commas are empty and shortens it.
• Footer and Send From used in an email are now handled dynamically
  • Previously on the time an email was scheduled (or a Campaign email was created) the footer and send from fields were frozen, being used across its entire lifetime.
  • Now both of those fields are dynamic and only evaluated at the time an email is sent. This enables you to create a campaign with an email, edit the footer and see the changes reflected once it's been sent to a contact.
• Tags: Now tags with generated dates on their names are sorted by date separately from the normal tags
  • These tags can be found at the bottom of their specific categories, sorted chronologically.
• Campaign Builder: Extended the exit popup when there are unsaved changes inside the Campaign Builder to native browser navigation, such as back arrows and keyboard shortcuts

Fixes

• Fixed an issue that when a deleted label was deleted wasn't always been removed from the page list and would require a page refresh 
• Fixed an issue where a filter search and a contact email search, if empty, yielded the same result screen. 
• Fixed an issue where some screens on BerserkerMail would incorrectly show the contact name in a different formatting option, causing invalid characters such as "�" to appear.
• Fixed an issue where previously, if multiple ThriveCart integration products would get deleted on the integration screen, the screen would crash
• Fixed an issue where when creating a ThriveCart integration product the product could be selected more than once, creating multiple of the same product
  • Now the product correctly disappears from the dropdown once it's created
• Fixed an issue where the Contact page would not consider the first and last name of the contacts when searching through the search bar, instead only searching through email and first name

It's been another busy week in BerserkerMail development. Here's what you can expect in this week's release:

Enhancements

• Suspended Contacts can now be unlocked directly from the contacts screen
  • Previously, when blocking a contact from the contacts screen, you had to go to settings, access the blocks screen and look up the email or phone number of the contact to unblock them.
  • Now, you can unblock directly from the contact's screen with the option to clear all the blocked contact's rules, and by unblocking them, they will be able to receive emails and join campaigns again.
  • Unblocking a contact correctly adds a note to it, so you can keep track of when the contact has been unblocked.
• Email Confirmation for Contacts has been revamped to bring compatibility to a much larger range of devices.

Fixes

•  Fixed  issues with duplicated emails regarding tags not carrying over when a link of its body is clicked if that link was created during an email edit
• Fixed an issue where a duplicated email would not carry over the links of its body when the link was previously written and deleted
• Fixed an issue where stats from an email sent would get mangled and not show properly in the All Emails List View
• Fixed an issue where it was possible to click "Apply" on a tag selection in the Broadcast screen with no tags selected
• Fixed an issue where a form, when toggled from public to private, would fail out silently and neither become the desired state nor update the interface
• Fixed an issue where sometimes the graph on the Dashboard would get displaced and be shown not in sync with the grid behind it
  • This was especially noticeable on screens that change sizes frequently, like on tablets
• Fixed inconsistencies in the display of IP addresses on contact notes

Enhancements

• Campaign Builder: Email Step – if the email body is too big to fit on the screen, the header is fixed so you can easily preview the email as you write it.
• Tag Deletion: the popup now shows how many contacts will be affected by this deletion

Fixes

• Fixed an issue where the toolbar would get stuck in front of the email body and not close when the email is being resent to non-opens or non-clicks
• Issues were fixed related to incorrect copy on contact filtering 
• The issue where a Learnistic Automation Trigger would not get saved when applying certain tags has been fixed
• Solved an issue where the delay in a Campaign Builder step would get confused and show rounding errors when the campaign is saved and loaded repeatedly
