Features

•  Now, you can test your webhook steps directly in the Campaign Builder via the "Test Webhook" feature
  • Previously, to test a webhook you'd need to launch the campaign first. With this new feature, the step now has a "Test Webhook" on the right side, to make the iteration on finding errors and fixing them on your campaigns much faster.

Enhancements

•  Removing a tag from a contact now indicates which tag is being removed and the copy has been improved to better reflect the intent of the action.
• Now deleting a tag from the Tag list shows feedback to the user that the tag is being removed from all contacts
• Now, exiting a campaign on the Campaign Builder that has unsaved changes, triggers an alert to prevent the user from losing progress.

Fixes

• Fixed an issue where if the day was the last day of the month and the user tried to schedule to tomorrow (day 1), the calendar would jump one month ahead instead.
• Fixed an issue on the Email Broadcast screen where when "All Contacts" were selected as the broadcast query, clicking on "Clear" inside the modal to reset the query had no effect.
• Fixed an issue on the Email Broadcast screen where, when clicking on the "Clear" button inside the modal to reset the broadcast query would close the modal.
• Fixed an issue where when clicking "Copy All" and then pasting the copied email inside the email editor, the formatting would diverge
  •  Now, "Copy All" correctly copies both the email and subject in text and HTML form, making the styles written from within BerserkerMail propagate correctly to other platforms

Enhancements

• Form Builder: Image size limits of 2MB  have been implemented to ensure forms load at more optimal speeds for all users.
• The External API now has the ability to overwrite a contact from inside BM
  • Due to requests, now it's possible to completely overwrite a contact from BM using the External API, instead of just merging the fields
• Campaign Builder: Improvements have been made to the labels and copy in the delay area of a step in the campaign.

Fixes

• Fixed an issue where removing a tag would refresh the Contacts List entirely. 
• Fixed an issue where a label wouldn't be correctly saved in a draft if you navigate out of the Email Broadcast screen and back.
• Fixed an issue where the subject of the email wouldn't function at optimal speeds if the email body was too large.

• ThriveCart integration now supports downsells
  • Downsells operations now can apply tags on BerserkerMail contacts thanks to the addition of it on the BerserkerMail ThriveCart Integration.
• Improved design of the "No Report to Show" image on the All Emails list view bringing it to be more in line with BerserkerMail design
• Now the search bar on the "Campaigns" tab inside a contact in the Contact's List filters through many more labels.
  • This allows you to type the Campaign name, or the Webhook URL of a Webhook step and the entries on the list will be correctly filtered by it
• Improved copy on Create Campaign when selecting delays on steps that have weekdays to better reflect the delay operation

Fixes

• Fixed an issue where the tooltip on "Bulk Actions" on the Contact Screen would appear cropped out by the screen on some screen sizes
• Fixed an issue where a contact with a status that's not "Pending" could be confirmed, changing their status to "Confirmed"
  • This could cause a contact to change from "Unsubscribed" to "Confirmed",  making him subscribed again
  • Fixed an issue where a contact that went through the status change above could receive an email confirmation
  • Fixed an issue where a contact that went through the status change above could enter a campaign
• Fixed an issue where texts formatted with headings (H1, H2, H3), when containing a strikethrough, would show wrongly on the email preview
• Fixed an issue where when selecting all tags available on a tag select input, the popup would appear blank without any message
  • Added a message that correctly represents it with "There are no more tags available"

  • Now, when building a campaign with a webhook step, it's possible to add a delay directly on the webhook
• Improved Campaign Builder – not allowing a campaign to be saved unless all the fields on delays and tags are properly filled
• Bringing the style on the Campaign Create popup to be more inline with the overall style guidelines of BerserkerMail
• We've added dynamic text to Delay cards on the Campaign Builder, to properly reflect the steps where delays are being implemented, and the time frame of the delay where appropriate.

• Campaigns: We’ve removed the ability to duplicate campaign names to improve organization and readability
• Loading times have been improved on:
  • Campaign List. Due to:
    • A faster way of displaying data
    • Improvement on filtering times
  • Campaign Builder: thanks to proper caching of the campaign being edited.
  • Contact Screen tabs 
• Now the Tags inputted inside the Contact Edit popup is scrollable, improving readability where a contact has multiple tags.
• Minor design tweaks on Notes in the Campaign to better reflect the design of BerserkerMail

Fixes

• Fixed an issue where, on first load at the Campaign Builder Send Email step, sometimes an URL would not get properly marked and the popup would not show
•  Fixed an issue where previously a filter applied on the Contacts screen would stay in memory but not be shown on the interface, causing the list to appear with less contacts than it was supposed to
•  Fixed an issue where on scheduling a new email to non-opens or non-clicks, wasn't functioning properly if the scheduled date was too far in advance
• Where the Quick Edit popup on the Contacts Screen would stay stuck in place in case the screen was scrolled
