New Release v1.0.115 (Learn More)

Here's what you can expect from this week's release:


Enhancements

  • New link to turn off Daily/Weekly stats and Backup emails.
    • Now the clients can stop receiving Daily/Weekly stats and Backup emails by clicking on the link from the email footer. The link will redirect the client to their account settings enabling a simplistic workflow.
  • New design tweak on the unsubscribe form page for better readability
    • Now the unsubscribe form page clearly highlights  the terms on unsubscribing from an email list, as well as having visual feedback in the "Accept" button requiring the checkbox to accept the terms to be checked.
  • Contact filters are now saved inside BerserkerMail app reloads, keeping the last filters applied when the page is left

Fixes

  • Fixed an issue on the Email Editor where the text wouldn't maintain the original formatting after being pasted.

New Release v1.0.114 (Learn More)

Here is what you can expect from this week's release:

New Feature

  • New modal for Total/Active contacts in Campaigns.
    • Now users can access all of the contacts who've gone through each Campaign as well as the ones who are still active.
    • Inside the modal, it's possible to search for contacts and edit or remove them from the campaign individually.
    • Selecting more than one contact, the user can "Apply or Remove Tags", "Apply or Remove Labels", "Add a note" and "Remove from Campaign".
    • There is also the ability to export the list of contacts from a Campaign to CSV.

NOTE: The function "Remove from Campaign" can only be performed inside the "Active" tab


Enhancement

  • You're now able to export the status of Contacts in the backup CSV

Fixes

  • Fixed an issue when a list was copied the bullets were replaced by dashes when pasted.
  • Fixed an issue where links were not being recognized consistently by the Email Editor.

New Release v1.0.112 (Learn More)

Here's what you can expect in this week's release:


New Feature

  • One-off Emails: You can now send a one-off email to an individual contact directly via your contact list and this will show as a Personal Email in the contact's email history.

Enhancements

  • Toolbar redesign on the email editor
    • Now the email editor toolbar is on the top instead of floating following the text which allows you to create and send emails a lot faster and with less friction.
  • The first load of the platform is now much faster due to underlying speed improvements
  • Contacts Screen operations such as  Search, Sort and Navigation are now much faster due to underlying speed improvements
  • BerserkerMail's  External API now allows for applying a tag to a user through the tag name


Fixes

  • Fixed an issue where the “%” symbol, when used in an URL inside the email editor, would crash BerserkerMail
  • Fixed an issue where an emoji, when used in an URL inside the email editor, would crash BerserkerMail
  • Fixed responsiveness on the “What do the email types mean?” modal inside the Contacts Screen
    • On smaller screens, it wasn’t scrolling and would get cropped out of the screen

As the team gets ready to bring you a brand new feature over the coming weeks, here's what you can expect from this week's release:

Fixes

  • The countdown popup would not be dismissed correctly in some cases
  • Fixed an issue where adding a tag to a Contact would not be correctly reflected on selected Saved Searches on Filter in Contacts Screen
  • Fixed an issue with the tags list inside a Contact when the number of tags in the list is greater than the number of tags displayed on a single page    
  • Saved Search modal: when a new Footer is being created, would clear the title of the Saved Search   
  • Fixed an issue where the Saved Search modal would not close upon saving

New Release v1.0.110 (Learn More)

Here's what you can expect from this week's release:

Enhancements

  • Improvements have been made to the  searching of contacts to include both first and last names
  • It’s now possible to change your app name in Settings 
    • Making this change will impact your URLs to your forms and Archive.  A warning is triggered at the time of change to avoid any unwanted errors.
  • Multiple improvements have been made to the search in All Emails, both performance-wise and on the matching threshold

Fixes

  • Fixed an issue where a deleted campaign wouldn’t immediately allow the creation of a new campaign with the same name
  • Fixed an issue where clicking on multiple contacts in the email reports to perform a contact search would leave the search bar in the Contacts Screen with outdated information.
