ThriveCart Order Bump Mapping

ThriveCart Order Bump Mapping is now live!

When you connect ThriveCart to Learnistic, every time an order is placed in ThriveCart a tag can be applied within BerserkerMail.

You can map your product sales, your upsells and now even your bump offer sales.

Each one all you do is select the offer (product/upsell/bump) and then select the tag that you want to map it to.

Then when the tag is applied you can automatically have that kick off a campaign in the Campaign Builder to automatically send them an email, apply tags, grant access to Learnistic courses and anything else you want within the Campaign Builder.

This feature is NOW LIVE in the app.

ThriveCart Order Bump Mapping

We already have ThriveCart Upsells and Downsells mapped to BerserkerMail tags, but we missed the Order Bumps. While we cannot promise we can do them yet, we are investigating it now with their API and if it's possible, we will.

Look for an update here when we can confirm that indeed we can map order bumps. I suspect we can without issue, but we have to 100% confirm it first.

CONFIRMED: Not only can we definitely do it, but we have already done it! It hasn't been released yet, but will be in our next public release.

Tuesday Tips starting tomorrow!

Every Tuesday, starting this week, we will be publishing out a new Tuesday Tips series of weekly emails.

WARNING — Do not opt out of the email. If you don't want to receive the Tuesday Tips, that's fine, but just email us at the help desk and let us know and we will untag you for them. But if you opt out of the Tuesday Tips email it opts you out of all client communication.

These Tuesday Tip emails will be short topical mini-trainings for how to get the most out of your BerserkerMail account.

There is no marketing in these emails, just valuable information on how to use the platform.

Ok, that's it! Enjoy...

New Release Process Coming This week

As we settle in to a more routine approach after the craziness of launch mode, we will be starting a consistent weekly release cycle. Although, to be fair, the word "consistent" is a bit loose. Here's what I mean.

We are working out the details to have a Wednesday release goal each week. Each build will incorporate the bug fixes and new features that have been tested and vetted and ready to go. Some, while close, may get pushed to the following week.

While Wednesday will be the target release date, if due to testing, something comes up that we have to go deeper on, the release will get pushed until Thursday instead.

WHAT WILL NOT HAPPEN...

What won't happen is a Friday release.

Friday releases are a big "no-no" in the software industry. There's nothing worse than introducing a new set of features or bug fixes only to cause some inadvertent other problem and do it on a Friday and leave the user base suffering without dev assistance until Monday.

So no, we will NOT release on a Friday.

If something comes up and we simply can't get the release out a day late on Thursday, it will be held until the following week. Best practices like this come with many bloody battle scars, let me assure you.
