We've had a huge week in development to kick-off 2022.

Here's what you can expect from this week's release.

New Features

• All Emails List View:  Now "All Emails" has a new view that quickly let you access the report status of each email
  • This can be accessed on the up to of the "All Emails" screen via a switch that let you quickly toggle between the view with the email preview and the view with the statuses

Enhancements

• Email Editor now supports Text Replacements
  • A plethora of software uses text replacements as a way of quickly expanding small key shortcuts into longer ones. Previously, the email editor would treat that as a default "paste" action from the user. Now, we identify if a text replacement tool was used and correctly handle it gracefully.
• BerserkerMail now supports emails from external sources.
  • We can now import your emails from other platforms into BerserkerMail for you. These will be shown inside "All Emails" and have all email features (like "Duplicate Email") tailored to making the email usable within BerserkerMail.  
  • What this feature allows is to import everything, including images into the email history. However, when you go to duplicate the email it will not duplicate any of the features we do not support, such as images.
  • If you wish to export all of your emails from your previous email marketing platform, simply send a ticket to the help desk and we'll take care of this for you. 
• Several enhancements regarding links on the email body, to streamline the process and enhance the workflow.

Bug Fixes

• Pasting from Notepad (Windows) was adding extra content in the body of the email
• Solved an issue on the email editor where adding a horizontal line through triple dashes ("---") would break the content of the email and position the cursor randomly through the email body
• When duplicating an email the labels on the original email are now correctly carried over to the "Broadcast" screen and applied to the new duplicated email
• Fixed multiple cases of report screen text inconsistencies

It's been another busy week in BerserkerMail development in order to see out 2021.

Here's what you can expect from this week's release.

New Features

• Learnistic Integrations now can be used to start and stop Campaigns:
  • With either tags or courses, you're now able to trigger a campaign inside BerserkerMail when a user gets access to a course inside Learnistic
  • You can also stop a campaign using the "Stop Tag" functionality with a Tag from Learnistic
  • This addition ensures Learnistic tags are as powerful as BerserkerMail tags inside a campaign. You're able to start, apply, remove, and stop all your Learnistic and BerserkerMail tags from a single campaign
• 
  
• Email Reports now have batch operations on Contacts
  • You can apply or remove tags and labels in batch on contacts that have opened or clicked an email. You can also get a CSV with the data of the report directly from the Email Report screen

Enhancements

• Email Editor improvements
  • Extensive work has been done on the Email Editor to streamline the overall experience 
  • Editing a link now works much better with hovering the mouse, passing the cursor through or copy and pasting
  • We've added a bunch of rules to handle multiple states of how you can write and manage your link through the email body on all Email Editors across BerserkerMail
• You're now able to navigate through your emails on the All Emails page using only the keyboard. You may use the up/down arrow keys with an email already selected to go through your emails in a sequence

Bug Fixes

• Solved an issue where the Email Editor would add an extra carriage at the end of the email if the first content pasted on it required extra carriage formatting.
  • Now pasting emails are more consistent across different modes (single carriage and extra carriage)
• Fixed an issue where a user may mistakenly extend the link on the email body without wanting it by typing a new character right at the head of the link.
• Saved Search labels weren't saved properly and the emails using a Saved Search would be presented without a label when viewing them inside "All Emails"
• Solving a visual bug inside the Email Report where it would not reverse the list if the content you're filtering by is the same on the entire list. Now it correctly sorts in ascending and descending order

Here is what you can expect from this week's release.

New Features

Scheduled Emails:  Similar scheduled emails warning.  Now, the system intelligently detects if there's another email scheduled in a 30-minute window that matches the email you're currently sending.  If so, it triggers a popup that double confirms the sending of that email.

Enhancements

• Adding a link on the form builder now has a Modal that matches the current design of BerserkerMail
• Form builder inputs now have their own controllers, making their incremental steps match their usage (line spacing increments by 0.05, for example, instead of the default 1)
• User preferences now are saved on a per-list basis, remembering the last size chosen. 
  •  Allowing the user to an alternate list size on one screen does not affect the other lists throughout BerserkerMail

Bug Fixes

• When writing an email in Dark Mode theme, if it contains a horizontal line, the styling correctly follows the Dark Mode theme pattern (becoming white)
• When editing a link on the email editor, if the link can't be edited (because it was already created) the input correctly shows a disabled style to represent being immutable
• Fixed an issue where a user, when navigating through screens too fast, might create a new step in a campaign that doesn't end up being synced with the server, resulting in unsaved content
• Email Editor: We've made numerous fixes in the areas of formatting when copying and pasting. Now blockquotes and horizontal lines respect their previous alignment and styling.
  • Multiple fixes and improvements have also been made with the positioning and movement of the textbox through the email editor, getting out of the user's way when copying and pasting email content

Here is what you can expect in this week's release.

Enhancements

• Campaign Builder: We've added basic search functionality, to enhance the user experience and streamline your workflow when dealing with many different campaigns.  A campaign search box is now located at the top-right of the screen.
• Link Previews:  Now supports any number of redirects. If you use any redirect service (or RedirectMe) the Link Preview now waits for all the services to finish bouncing the client's browser around and render the page to generate the preview.

Fixes

• Fixed an issue where hitting enter after pasting a link was producing multiple line breaks, correctly handled to produce only one
• Editing a link on the Email Editor where the cursor would jump to the end of the link on backspace
• Favorite Feature: fixed an issue where the orders of favorite times were not ordering correctly
• Numerous issues were fixed regarding multiple blank spaces being generated at wrong spots in the Email Editor

It was another huge week in development. 

Here's what you can expect from this week's release.

New Features

Batch apply/remove contact labels: The context menu on the Contacts List screen now allows the management of the labels of 'all contacts' in batch mode. This can occur either by selecting a small amount or an entire filtering parameter.

Enhancements

• The email reporting has been overhauled, reducing the load times by up to 95%!
  • When you click on a report for a single email in the 'All Emails' screen it now loads almost instantly.
  • When you click on your dashboard it crunches the data from the individual reports and generates a report of all time, and the graph shows the last 30 days accurately
• The Broadcast, Webforms and Campaign screens now have a "Go Back" navigational button
• Header-icons for navigational awareness (breadcrumb style of navigation) are now streamlined across all headers on BersekerMail
• Bulk Actions of Contacts now included the ability to add/remove labels
• The import of  "Valid Emails" has been considerably enhanced to improve the behavior of using an import to apply a series of tags in batch
• Now when building a filter you can only select "All Contacts" once, better representing the intention of the search.

Bug Fixes

• Fixed an issue when clicking outside of the Color Picker for Link Color, the correct behavior is now the picker closing
• Fixed an issue when duplicating an email related to the labels, now the label for the email that's being duplicated correctly propagates to the duplicated one
• Added shimmering effects to represent loading on All Emails, so as not to keep the screen blank while it loads
• Fixed an issue for some "Scheduled Emails" disappearing on the All Emails list
• Interest Tags where the popup modal would get cropped if the link is too close to the end of the screen
• The pasting in of text would make the cursor jump to the end of the editor on the Broadcast Email editor
• Where if you typed a link and moved the cursor from the middle of it to another part of the email is written, the link would get a broken redirect
• Links were having a default system color applied instead of the default user color when building a form through the Form Builder on occasion
• The split-testing popup that shows on the left of the subject on the email having a broken style when resizing the screen too much
• Email Stats that would get the number of emails sent if you had too many scheduled emails considered
• Fixed flickering on contacts page when changing or updating labels
